While a lot of folks feel necessary to apologize for being absent from their websites, I don’t. I do this for pleasure, and I’ll do it for as long as I want as often as I want, and posting frequency be damned.
But, perhaps an explanation is in order since I haven’t reviewed a comic in almost 2 months. I’ve been quite busy looking for a new job and have been in full job-search mode since the middle of March. Everything went on hold that wasn’t necessary, and that included this site. But, I have a new job which I start tomorrow, which means time for this site again. So, I’ll be catching up on books for a while and hope to be completely caught up by next weekend. You’ll be seeing reviews for some fairly old books appear here, including the just-posted review for The Authority, which came out over two months ago. Yeah, I’m that far behind.
And while I’m writing a non-review post, I should thank Boing Boing for the link, Comics Should Be Good for the link (I feel very humble being placed among a number of far better reviewers), and Jewish Comics for several mentions (more Rushkoff Testament reviews to come soon).
