The question on my mind today: So, what exactly is it with comic books and porn? I get anything from 5 to 10 searches per day for things like “Justice Leage porn”, “spanking comics”, and “Superman porn”. I’m not confused about why these searches are landing folks on my site. The Justice League of America # 62 and Nova # 2 pages have text that matches those terms. And I could change the description attached to this site (“Proving that the Internet is more than just a pornography clearinghouse. But not much more.”), but it amuses me so it stays. My question about those searches is why someone is looking for sex pics of comic book superheroes.
I get why someone might be searching for naked pictures of, say, Kate Bosworth or Brandon Routh. Perhaps they saw these two in the newest Superman movie and thought, “Wow, this person looks hot in the movie, and now my limbic system is very interested in seeing this person naked.” No problem. I understand that.
But what I don’t get is why anyone is looking for pictures of a person who has been drawn when pictures of actual real naked people are so easily available. Just a few clicks away at your favorite search engine. Really. Actual naked humans, sometimes in sexual situations. No need to settle for some guy’s representation of what a woman looks like.
If you want porn, then go get it. Don’t be an idiot looking for pics of Superman’s shlong or Wonder Woman’s tits.

I regularly get “power girls boobs” and the like in my referral logs. Imagine their dismay when they hit my site only to see….

....bwahaha.
Dude, that’s awesome. I can almost imagine someone looking for jokes and satire about Power Girl’s boobs, but I bet it’s really just pervs.
Wouldn’t surprise me. Sometimes I think it would be nice of me to give them a real image of Power Girl…then I slap myself a few times and leave them with that godawful picture I drew instead.
It’s the only way they’ll learn
