I’ve read some of the other reviews of this on the web, and I have to agree: Justice League: The New Frontier Special is pretty OK, but a lot of that may be it living in the shadow of the original material.

The Superman vs. Batman story was decent enough, but we’ve pretty much seen it all before. The Robin and Flash story was better, but didn’t strike me as up to the quality of the original New Frontier. And the last story …. ugh. Utterly horrible. Nothing like making a caricature of 60’s feminists.

I can’t believe I spent $5 on this. If you haven’t purchased it yet, don’t bother. Save your money for the New Frontier DVD or Absolute Edition.
