Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight # 195 – Review

September 26th, 2005 by JP · No Comments

Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight # 195
Writer: J.H. Williams III, Dan Curtis Johnson; Pencils and Inks: Seth Fisher;

Earlier, I gave this story a lot of praise . And I’m not backing off of any of that praise. While it hasn’t been the best story I’ve ever read, it’s been solid throughout the issues. Batman, in his little more naive days, is such an interesting character in comparison to the newer versions of the character. It’s nice to see him making mistakes and reaching various impasses in his abilities.

Read through this story, then go back and read that awful Batman & Robin The Boy Wonder story. LOTDK may have some bad stories, but even the awful ones aren’t as bad as that overblown Miller and Lee monstrosity.
