100 Bullets # 75, 76
Writer: Brian Azzarello; Pencils and Inks: Eduardo Risso;
Quick notes on 100 Bullets # 75 and 76:
- The overarching plot is generally fascinating, and the individual stories are well done, but each issue leaves a huge pile of confusion behind. It’s not that it’s hard to tell who is on which side, it’s that it’s impossible to tell what the sides are. It’s good, and worth sticking to, but sometimes it hard to tell exactly what it is the reader is sticking to.
- What will be interesting is looking back at this series at issue 100. Because it’s breadth is so immense, the story may require finishing to understand how good it really was.
