Daredevil # 92 cover

For those who might not have read this one, I don’t want to give away any specifics from the story. So, without naming anyone or explaining the issue, Brubaker does show who made Daredevil’s life a living hell for the past 40 or 50 issues. He essentially hits the reset button with that reveal, and I’m left with some mixed reactions.

On the good side, it will be nice to get back to some real Daredevil stories. Some turmoil is good, but the level of crappy life events has been too high for a very long time. On the bad side, we’ve been through a lot for the past 90 issues, and wrapping up so much so quickly is less than satisfying. Brubaker is walking a very tiny and shaky tightrope with this issue.
